Barbara Bolton

"Some people dream of having a big swimming pool! With me its closets!” Audrey Hepburn. Growing up in a family of engineers Barbara developed a keen sense of how structures are put together, elegantly! Barbara married her high school sweetheart, who now runs a successful technology hedge fund. She melds her love of art and design with a degree in Art History from McMaster University and a Certificate in Interior Design from Ryerson University. Well travelled and well read, Barbara can be found wandering through architectural monuments and art galleries, to nurture her love of design. Barbara dreams of the halcyon days of a well-ordered life, with everything in its place and a place for everything! With these tools, Barbara takes pleasure in taking a project from the functional to the aspirational! Barbara is honoured to be Designer of the Year for 2016 and 2017, as well as Rookie of the Year for 2015.
